SHIPPING:

Pachacuti sells quality, handcrafted, one-of-a-kind jewelry, which if lost, cannot be exactly replaced.�To protect you and your investment, we include insurance as part of all shipping costs.�Your items will be well packaged and delivered promptly, but unfortunately, after that, we have no control over delivery.�If you do not receive your item after 7-10 business days, please contact us for insurance information so that you can proceed with a claim.� Pachacuti products are normally shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment; however, shipping could take up to 72 hours during periods of high activity. Please keep this time frame in mind and plan ahead when buying gifts for special dates and occasions.

RETURNS:

Returned merchandise must be in original box, with all content, and�in original condition.�Please contact us to receive return authorization before sending anything back. You may want to insure your return; as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected items. Returns will�not be accepted if merchandise is broken or damaged.
